Eagle Entertainment Group assists and attaches percentages and fees in acquiring independent financing, Negative Pick Up funding, Privet Investments and /or Privet placements and stock offerings (IPO) or LLC offers. We can also  bring to the table; Producers, Directors, Crew and Talent for your projects and for promotions our newly forming sister company PR and Press Release department.

To begin acquiring funding or referrals through Eagle Entertainment Group, please read the following and also you must agree to the legal note at end of this section before we consider looking at your proposal. By sending us mail or notifications of any submitted project or idea, you agree to the following.

Needs:
Need finished story - Screenplay, Tele play- Etc.,  short story outline AKA synopsis, simple budget out line, full budget break down, people involved with  Short BIOs, actors, directors, and producers attached or pending attachments with Letters of Intent (LOI) from all.  And if you have letters of intent from distributors, your project might  be funded in a very short time.  In most projects a LOI or an agreement with a film Bonding company is also needed. Eagle Entertainment Group can assist in referring you to top film bonders/film insurance companies.

If your project does not have the aforementioned in place or partially in place, let us know. We might be able to assist in attachments and structuring the necessary elements to bring your vision to fruition. In the extreme case, that you are only in the idea stage and need writers, again let us know.

1. Eagle Entertainment Group will be held harmless (non-responsible), by sender, for any similar stories, screenplays,  ideas or business plans that may be seen, transmitted or heard by Eagle Entertainment Group() or its associates. Sender indemnifies and otherwise hold harmless Eagle Entertainment Group for any similarities. All information submitted to Eagle Entertainment Group, should be properly copyrighted and registered WGA.
2.  GOVERNING LAW.   This Statement and any Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of State of Florida and the United States of America applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in California.  Any dispute between the parties hereto arising out of this Agreement shall be decided by an arbitrator with substantial experience in California.  Such arbitration shall be held in accordance with the current rules of the American Arbitration Association, and all costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) of such arbitration shall be borne by the losing party.  This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
