Eagle Entertainment Group has developed a new Public Relations Service. Under its supervision is Lauren Berger and others, who have worked with numerous publications and is involved with PR work all over Florida, New York City and LA. The service will provide avid press for the client. Below is a description of the process and what can be expected.

Materials collected for music, Eagle Entertainment Group will need 50 sample CDs, color photos of the band, small bios of all band members, to send out with press kits.

For Film or TV, we will need your in-house press kit, and outline of the film if a press kit is not available, pictures and BIOs of main actors, producers, director and any other pertinent info you which to share with the press.

For other arts, we will need you BIO, samples of your art, up coming events, gallery showings and any info you wish to share with the press.

Short interviews will be conducted with each member of the band, TV or Film producer, Directors, actors or artist for the PR representative to get a better feel for the story.

List of at least twenty different publications the the story would like to be featured in. This list may be created with the PR representative, if you so desire.

Our introductory price is $650 with  $500 of that distributed to Eagle Entertainment Group once your article is published. The additional postal fee of $150.00 is non refundable, which is used for postage, printing and handling. Once you receive press from at least 1 of the 20 on the list, (Attempts will be made to get press in EVERY publication on the list) our job is then considered complete. A three month time period is allotted for the PR Representative to get press. If the goals are not reached within that time period, the $500 will be given back to the client. An activity report will be given to the client bi-weekly  and or monthly, depending on any action received or performed. This helps you keep aware of the contacts being made and the material that has been sent out.

The $500 dollars is a one time introductory offer to new clients such as your self and is subject to change. Our standard rate can run from $1,500 to $4,000. We offer this to build a report with you and your clients. We can talk about extending the introductory offer if you manage more that one project or follow up stories, but if we continue to promote the same project on a second go around, then the cost will most likely go up. That can be negotiated as our association and your satisfaction grows. The non refundable $150 is for envelopes, packaging, postage and follow up calls and or letter to publications and to clients.

The total cost for this service at our introductory price is $650, with a refund policy of $500 if we do not get any results. Again prices will be subject to change, so now is a good to begin your PR campaign.

First Step:

Compile Press kit from Client. 
-1 or more pictures
- sample CDs if for music, for film or TV, press pictures, posters, trailers
- short bio with any old news clips or pertinent info ( we will rewrite information given to new format)
- any previous accomplishments in music, TV, Film the Arts
- any current project or current project
- any future project. This one can be a key to getting publicized.
- wish list of magazines participants would like to get into.
- any contacts you have with magazines, radio or other media


Second Step, we will:
-create with client a list of target publications by category (music, film, TV, fashion, etc.)
-begin lists of specific magazine/newspaper titles to contact and get information
-brainstorm any other promotions or events we could establish locally or nationally

Third Step:
-mail/e-mail press information out to specific contacts at each publication
-activity report will be viewed by client each month, showing the companies progress
-Eagle Entertainment will keep in close contact throughout process and will always alert you when a "HIT" is made
